And now you can pre-order a Desire 610 in the UK as well. The first batches of stock are expected in early May, which fits with what HTC itself said about the release time frame of this smartphone during its unveiling.
You can get an HTC Desire 610 if you agree to part with £235 of your hard earned cash. For that amount, you’ll receive a SIM-free and unlocked unit. The only color version that’s confirmed to arrive in early May is the one called “navy” (yes, blue). If you fancy a white or a red Desire 610, you may have to wait longer.
If you’re interested, go and pre-order an HTC Desire 610 from Clove, the well known online mobile phone retailer.
And if you’ve forgot the Desire 610′s specs, here’s a reminder: it comes with a 4.7-inch 540×960 touchscreen, an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash, a 1.3 MP front camera, a 1.2 GHZ quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage space, microSD card support, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, dual speakers and a 2,040 mAh battery. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
With those specs, it’s a clear competitor to the LG G2 Mini, sharing almost all of its features with that particular device. The G2 Mini is a bit more expensive, but the battery is 400 mAh bigger and it runs the latest version of Android, whereas the Desire 610 is two notches behind.
