The upcoming HTC One flagship successor has been the subject of a prolific amount of leaks already, and there’s a huge amount of interest in the device that has been variously dubbed the HTC M8, All New One and HTC One 2. Today we have some details of further leaks, with benchmarks and new images.
Just in the last couple of days we’ve seen a leaked video of the handset as well as FCC filing details revealing the various carrier models. The leaked AnTuTu benchmark shows an unknown device, believed to the HTC M8, attaining a higher score than other top-end devices such as the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, LG G2, Xperia Z Ultra and the current HTC One.
At some points it has seemed that the HTC M8 would have a more pronounced metal finish, but further new purported images of the silver handset show a brushed metal similar to that of the current One. Of course these new leaked images could be of a prototype model, and so none of us can be really sure until HTC announces the phone later this month. Are you looking forward to the arrival of the new HTC One?
