NEW DELHI, India – Taiwanese giant HTC has recently launched its HTC One E8 at an event in Delhi, carrying a price tag of Rs 34,900. The handset is expected to be made available by the end of this month.
Looking to its specs, the HTC One E8 comes with a 5-inch 1080p display having 441ppi density, surfaced with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The device is powered with a quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.5GHz along with a Adreno 330 GPU. The memory options of the device include 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and 128GB of expandable memory via microSD card.
The HTC One E8 comes with a 13MP primary camera on its back while the front side of the device hosts a 5MP snapper. The connectivity options for the device include LTE support, dual nano-SIM, Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi and GPS. The handset runs on the Android 4.4.2 KitKat topped with HTC’s own Sense 6.0 UI.
The battery capacity of the device is 2600mAh that provides nearly 20 hours of talktime. An additional power saving mode is provided that help to stretch the battery life of the device.
