HTC debuted the Sense 6.0 user interface with the One M8 not too long ago. And it promised to roll out the UI to its older devices as well. First of these devices was to be the One (M7) from last year. The AT&T variant of the smartphone is now getting the update a few weeks after the global variants of the handset received the new UI.
The update will bring a changed BlinkFeed homescreen and some changes to core features like Video Highlights as well. Overall you can expect the One M7 to be a whole lot faster after this update.
The update will be rolled out in stages as usual, so don’t expect to see it immediately on your smartphone. But if you come across the update anytime soon, make sure you let us know by dropping a line below.
Last year’s HTC flagship is still on sale via several retailers across the country with discounted prices, so it’s reassuring for the customers to know that the handset is still receiving the latest software updates. We’re not sure how long this will last, but it’s good news for the customers.
