The HTC One Mini is, at this point, a highly anticipated device. Like its name implies, this will be a minimized edition of the Taiwanese company’s flagship Android smartphone. The One Mini has been leaking like crazy over the past few months, but still HTC hasn’t made it official.
And while we can’t tell you when that will happen, we can tell you when to expect this handset in stores, at least in Europe. The beginning of August seems to be the time frame. That’s because Teltarif has found out that O2 Germany will start offering the One Mini on August 3.

Unfortunately no pricing details have been leaked alongside this information, so we’re left guessing for now. However, it would be a brilliant move for HTC to make the One Mini slightly cheaper than the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, which is just about to launch. We’ll see what happens though.
Previous rumors had the HTC One Mini coming with a 4.3-inch 720p HD touchscreen, a dual-core processor, the UltraPixel camera also found on its bigger brother, dual speakers on the front, Beats Audio, and the same unibody aluminum construction as the One. The Mini should run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, which in fact is a newer version than that still found on the One (but an update may come soon for that model). Obviously, a tweaked and improved Sense 5 UI should feature on top of Android.
