HTC's One S comes to T-Mobile's Web site ahead of a proposed April 25th release
T-Mobile has begun promoting the upcoming HTC One S on its Web site ahead of a predicted April 25th release.
The device, which was unveiled at Mobile World Congress back in February, is powered by Qualcomm's S4 'Krait' CPU, a dual-core chip that has been smoking NVIDIA's Tegra 3 quad-cores in benchmark tests and generating plenty of positive press.
Unfortunately not all early indications have been as pleasing, though.
We reported last week how some early adopters have been experiencing problems with the device's protective, micro-arc oxidized coating, which has been reportedly flaking off, leaving the phone looking battered and bruised after only casual use.
HTC moved quickly to assure users that potential problems are being investigated, but question marks still remain ahead of the device's launch, which could turn in to a potential banana skin for T-Mobile.
