After the rumour of HTC planning on releasing another smartphone this year, that rumour now looks like the phone will is real deal.
The HTC One X9 is not a flagship smartphone (that title still goes to the One M9), however it’s more of a high-end midranger. It has now been certified by TENAA and as a result, most of its specs got leaked in the process. The phone is set to come with a 2.2 GHz processor (name is still unknown), 5.5-inch 1080p display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage expandable up to 1TB all powered by a 3000 mAh battery. As for the cameras, it features a 13MP rear, 5MP front camera with LED flash.
At the time of testing, the phone was running Android 5.0.2 instead of Marshmallow so hopefully the consumer versions ends up with Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
