Huawei’s upcoming Ascend P7 has been leaked an enormous amount of times already, yet the Chinese company still hasn’t made it official. Its predecessor, the Ascend P6 announced last year, is definitely getting a bit long in the tooth at this point, so it’s nice that Huawei will finally announce the Ascend P7 on May 7.
Until then, though, maybe you’d like to read through its full spec list. That’s now possible courtesy of the ever-reliable @evleaks, who’s brought us all the important bits about Huawei’s new thin flagship.
The Ascend P7 will come with a 5-inch 1080p Full HD touchscreen, a 13 MP rear camera, an 8 MP front camera, a 1.8 GHz quad-core HiSilicon Kirin 910T processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, microSD card support, and a 2,500 mAh battery.
Furthermore, it will be less than 7 mm thick, continuing the trend started by the P6. Oh, and the design will be incredibly similar too. So similar, in fact, that you might even mistake the P7 for a P6 (at least from a distance, we assume).
The design of the Ascend P6 was well received, so there’s probably no point in changing a winning formula. No big surprises here, then.
