The saga of the Huawei Ascend P7 goes on and on. The leaks aren’t stopping, even though we already know to expect it to become official on May 7 in Paris. Still, we’re almost a month away from that point, and in the meantime more things about the Ascend P7 will leak, undoubtedly.
For now, we have the official confirmation of the fact that the Ascend P7 is real – and what it looks like. This comes from none other than TENAA, the Chinese equivalent of the FCC. The agency responsible for certifying mobile devices for sale in China has put the Ascend P7 through the paces, and the following pictures ensued.
Unfortunately though we have no specs associated with the images above. Not yet, at least. Not from TENAA, that is, since past leaks have already told us what to expect (many times even). The Ascend P7 should come with a 5-inch 1080p Full HD touchscreen, a 13 MP rear camera, an 8 MP front camera, a 1.6 GHz quad-core HiSilicon processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, microSD card support, and a 2,460 mAh battery.
Although it’s not identical to its predecessor in terms of looks, the Ascend P7 keeps most of the Ascend P6′s distinctive design traits, so it’s unmistakably a Huawei.
