In exactly one week from today, on May 7, Huawei will finally make the Ascend P7 official. It’s been a very long time coming for the successor to the incredibly thin Ascend P6 from last year, but now we’re very close to getting all the details about it.
While we wait for the Chinese company to do its thing, we have a bunch of leaked photographs showing the Ascend P7 in the wild, posing from all angles. We’ve seen it out and about once before, but only in blurry shots – this time they’re as clear as should be.
These hands-on images also match up perfectly to the ones we’ve taken a look at earlier this month courtesy of TENAA, the Chinese government’s body that certifies mobile devices for sale in that particular country. So, without further ado, here’s the upcoming Huawei Ascend P7 in all its glory:
Past spec leaks told us it should come with a 5-inch 1080p Full HD touchscreen, a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash, an 8 MP front camera, a 1.8 GHz quad-core HiSilicon Kirin 910T processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, microSD card support, and a 2,500 mAh battery. It’s expected to be less than 7 mm thick.
