Huawei announced the date for the launch of a new Honor smartphone in China. The company will unveil the ‘Honor 7i’ on August 20. The invite sent out by the Huawei translates to ‘You Can Change The Vision Together’ along with the image hints something unique about the camera on this upcoming device.
Earlier to this, a new smartphone with a model number ATH-AL00 has got certified by TENAA. The device images show a sliding rear camera, which when slided up reveals the front camera along with dual LED flash. It is also expected to come with a dedicated shutter button.
Apart from the camera, the rumored specifications of the device are 64-bit Snapdragon 615 processor coupled with Adreno 405 GPU and 2GB RAM. It comes with different storage option like 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB. So we need to wait till next Thursday to get all the details about the device and especially its sliding camera.
There are also rumors that Huawei is going to launch a mini variant of Mate 7 with a screen size of 4.7-inch called as ‘Huawei Mate 7 Mini.’ The details of the device pop-up when the image of the AnTuTu Benchmarking of the device with model number CRR-UL00 is posted online.…
