With the Moto X just five days away from an official announcement, a Chinese source has decided to give us our very first glimpse of the never before heard White Gold variant of the handset. This indicates that Motorola will follow in the footsteps of Samsung, HTC, Apple etc to introduce a gold colored flagship of its own.
The design of the handset here is quite unique and identical to what we’ve seen from the leaks in the past. The chassis resembles the Nexus 6, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing as the Nexus flagship of 2014 was widely praised for its design. The Moto X is also expected to be available in other color combinations during launch, with Moto Maker expected to show its magic as well.
The smartphone is rumored to be packing a 5.2 inch Quad HD display, a Snapdragon 810 SoC, 3/4GB of RAM, 32/64GB of storage variants, a 16-megapixel camera on the back, a 5-megapixel front camera, Android 5.1 Lollipop and an adequately sized battery pack.
