It looks as though the popular free photo sharing app Instagram is finally coming to Android.
It has been reported widely across the web that the Android version of the app, which has more than 27 million registered users and which is very popular on the iPad and iPhone is due to be released very soon, though there’s no actual release date announced as we write this.
Moreover, co founder Kevin Systrom has been reported as saying that the Android version is better than the iOS one.
Web site TechCrunch is among several reporting Kevin as saying “In some ways, it’s better than our iOS app. It’s crazy.” This might be great for Android fans, a little galling for Apple fans.
What do you think?
Will you sign up to Instagram when it is launched?
