You likely know what a chameleon is. But have you ever heard of a CandyMeleon? And did you know that narwhals are crazy about deli sandwiches?
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to command your own starship? Or considered how incredible life would be if you were Tony Stark? You’ll find the answers to these questions and others inside this week’s roundup of games. Click “more” to take a closer look.
Here’s a kind of chameleon you’ve likely never seen before: the CandyMeleon. One of the most prominent characteristics of the CandyMeleon is its ability to devour extremely large amounts of sweets and other treats in a very short amount of time.
Perhaps this is the reason CandyMeleons are such handy creatures to have around in the event a candy factory should explode. The critter makes cleanup a cinch by using its extensible tongue to catch all the candies — before they even hit the ground!
Of course, when the CandyMeleon eats certain types of candies, it changes colors and gains special super powers. Use them to your advantage to snag even more candies and boost your score. There are nine different CandyMeleon species, including the GoldMeleon, PiranMeleon and NinjaMeleon. Play in Tournament mode to compete with your friends, or Time Attack mode to really put yourself to the test.
Meet Narly, a narwhal with a passion for making sandwiches. He’s taking all the deli ingredients that end up underwater and studying his copy of “Deli-rious for Delis” to put together some delectable creations to feed all the hungry “sea-lebrity” customers.
In this puzzle game you have to match two or more ingredients to clear the board and raise your score, plus make the most of different boosts to ensure all your deli regulars are satisfied. Just draw a line from the one ingredient to the next to make your sandwich.
Sea-lebrity customers include Idi the former child starfish and Bernard the pro athlete, plus Monstro the whale, who can clear your whole board. New to the latest version of the game are even more quirky characters, plus the ability to invite multiple Facebook friends at once, and some new Combo effects.
Assume the role of Tony Stark in the official Iron Man 3 mobile game. In this endless runner you’ll be fighting around the world against rising A.I.M. powers in three different locations featuring self-generating levels, including Malibu Shores, New York City and China.
Foes you’ll have to meet head-on include Crimson Dynamo, Ezekiel Stane, Living Laser and M.O.D.O.K. Show them what you’re made of in the fast-paced flying battles, making quick maneuvers and firing weapons with simple swipe commands.
In addition to all the action-packed combat, you also have the unique opportunity to research and develop up to 18 different Iron Man suits, as well as upgrade your armors and powers.
This imaginatively illustrated fantasy adventure game includes a little role-playing, a unique combat system, and wonderful storylines that evolve in real time based on the choices you make.
Welcome to a land of monsters and magic, in which you are very much in control of your own destiny. The fully interactive storyline features thousands of possible actions, touch-based sword duels, 48 magic spells to master, and more.

Build your very own starship, then hire your crew and take command as you set out to explore the universe and defend your ship from unfriendly alien populations. When designing your starship, there are four distinct hulls to choose from, plus you can focus your crew on tactical, science or engineering.
Level up your crew members and teach them new skills, manage their roles on the ship, and send them into peril to die in the name of your enterprise, or revive dying crew members by building new rooms.
From time to time it will be necessary to upgrade your ship to prevent aliens from causing damage or taking control. Strategically placed sentry guns ought to do the trick. There are nearly a dozen different kinds of aliens to be discovered, so you’ll have to stay on high alert.
