Searching on Apple's site confirms the iPhone 5 with 4G LTE, new iPod touch devices and a new iTunes
Apple may have let the cat out of the bag for today's announcement, as search results from its website seem to confirm the iPhone 5 with 4G LTE, some new iPod touch devices and a new version of iTunes.
We've heard a lot of rumors about the iPhone 5 and we expect Apple to make this available for purchase within a few weeks. The iPhone 5 is expected to have a 4-inch Retina Display, the new A6 processor, 4G LTE support, an improved camera and a refined body.
We haven't heard too much about the new lineup of iPod touch devices but it would make sense that these get the 4-inch screens and iOS 6 too. Pocket-lint also found that we may see a new iPod nano and I've heard some wild rumblings that Apple may even bring multitouch to that small media player.
The new version of iTunes should also be coming and I'd expect to see a revamped interface. Apple's iOS 6 has a redesigned App Store, so I'd expect some of that to carry over to the desktop. I also hope Apple will beef up some of the wireless transfer features in iTunes.
We only have to wait a few hours until the official unveiling of the iPhone 5, so be sure to follow along.
