This stings. TabTimes recently went to the front of the Apple line in Australia where folks recently learned that Apple won’t have any iPhone 7 Plus units in stock. In the video above, you’ll see some of the reactions from the fans who have been camping out for the device, just now learning they’ll have to buy the regular iPhone 7 instead.
Apple has iPhone 7 Plus stock, but has reserved it for folks who pre-ordered the device for in-store pickup or delivery. It has said that it won’t have the iPhone 7 Plus available for people who are waiting in line, which again shows its efforts to cut down the lines outside of its stores on launch day.
In the video above, line-waiters complain of waiting in the cold, wind and rain for a device that, now, they won’t even be able to buy when the doors open. At least Apple gave them $100 gift cards for their effort.
It’s kind of a bummer, but yet another reminder you should just pre-order your new iPhone instead.
