Popular video sharing site Vimeo used MWC to unveil a brand-new app for the iPad and iPhone, and it looks to make browsing for videos a lot smoother. For starters, it is now possible to browse while watching a video. The app’s home page is neatly broken up into nine menu items that give easy access to ongoing projects, your videos, your favorite videos, and videos that you have tagged for later viewing, among other options and settings. You can also upload raw footage using the app directly to Vimeo.
Sharing over Facebook and Twitter is possible, but some people have reported problems with the app crashing after an attempt to share, so be wary of that, and be on the lookout for updates. The Vimeo iOS app is available now on the iTunes App Store for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad for free.
