Nival’s cross-platform turn-based strategy game King’s Bounty: Legions has built a large and loyal fan base on Kongregate and Facebook, and will soon expand that audience to iPad and Android tablet gamers. The turn-based, 3D social strategy game uses excellent graphics and a unique style to recreate the atmosphere of earlier games from the King’s Bounty universe.
In my E3 2012 report on my meeting with Nival, I said of King’s Bounty: Legions:
This version of the popular turn-based strategty game will feature familiar hardcore gameplay in both the story-based single player mode and PvP online battles. And as with the Prime World iOS games, King’s Bounty for iPad can tie into your King’s Bounty: Legions Facebook Connect account.
Nival wants you to know, however, that Facebook is just the first step, as the game will soon welcome players to join via their preferred social network. Whether this include’s Apple’s Game Center we’ll learn soon enough.
