The #Lenovo #VibeP1Pro has been part of the leaks for quite some time now, but never really saw an official release. It seems like the company is getting very close to showing off the device as we’re seeing hands-on images of the handset surfacing on a Chinese social media site.
The key highlight of this smartphone is the presence of a 5,000 mAh battery pack underneath, which is something that the recently launched #ASUS #ZenFoneMax is known for as well. We’re seeing images from all angles here, so it’s possible that the leak is coming from someone within the company.
It seems like Lenovo will unveil the smartphone at the IFA 2015 event next week, where it is also expected to release a handful of other devices. Only yesterday we spoke about the company’s intentions to bring its smartphone division under Motorola Mobility’s umbrella, which might take some time to materialize.
The smartphone is also expected to be packing a 5.5 inch 1080p display, 3GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front camera and Android 5.1 Lollipop. The physical home button on the smartphone is said to be housing the fingerprint scanner underneath.
