NEW DELHI, India – The LG G Pro 2 (D838) went on sale in India this week. The phone was announced in February and said to begin roll-out in Asia first.
A week ago, Mahesh Telecom verified that the phone should cost about Rs. 49,900 (MOP) and Rs. 51,500 for MRP. So basically LG G Pro 2 is priced around Rs. 50,000 in the Indian market.
The device features a 5.9-inch Full HD IPS screen with a tiny bezel. It packs 2.26GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor together with 3GB DDR3 RAM, 32GB storage and microSD slot for memory expansion. The main camera on the back of the phone is a 13MP unit while the front one is 2.1MP. The device supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth and SlimPort connectivity among other options. It packs an equally large battery of 3200mAh that goes along with the phone’s structure.
The LG G Pro 2 is available at online retailer Snapdeal for a price of Rs. 49,400 for titanium and Rs. 49,490 for white.
