LG has silently decided to put a G3 with a Cat 6 LTE-A connection up for pre-order in Korea. This would mean that LG now has its own G3 Prime device to go up against Samsung’s Galaxy S 5 LTE-A. The reason to believe that this is the G3 Prime, even though LG is not calling it that, is because the Cat 6 LTE-A connection requires at least the Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor. Otherwise, none of this is possible. Unlike Samsung, who waited a few months, LG is releasing the G3 Prime right up beside the flagship that has been globally launched within the last few weeks.
