In its latest leak, EVleaks is showing us press renders of four different LG G3 variants heading to four major US operators. As you can see from the image above, every operator got a slightly tweaked model though the good thing is that we’re talking about subtle changes that won’t affect accessories. In other words, existing and future G3 cases will work on all carrier variants.
The idea, we would think, is that operators want to somehow differentiate their G3 from the rest of the pack. Not sure they succeeded, though.
Then again, there could be some other differences included under the hood. When it comes to wireless charging, Verizon backs Qi while AT&T is behind the PMA standard. Perhaps those things are included in the mix, as well.
Furthermore, a separate report claims that Sprint’s LG G3 will boast 3GB of RAM, easily making it the best G3 money can buy; until the Snapdragon 805 version is out, that is.
