Samsung entry level Galaxy A3 with model number SM-A300 clears FCC certification and ready to launch later this year. Samsung is going to release three new phones in the new A series with Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7. All these phones are already leaked before.
The devices which cleared FCC is the dual SIM variant of Galaxy A3 with model number A300H/DS, where DS stands for Dual SIM. According to FCC this particular model is the 3G variant and does not support 4G LTE. But we are sure there will be a LTE variant exists and will be released at the same time.
As Galaxy A3 is the smallest of all the Galaxy A series, it will have the lowest-end hardware configuration. The phone will carry a 4.52-inch 540×960 touchscreen, an 8 MP rear camera, a 5 MP front-facing snapper, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset with a 1.2 GHz quad-core CPU, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of built-in storage, and microSD card support.
