XDA-ers aren't all about hacks and quick fixes. These are devs who know Android development and codes inside and out so it's not surprising that they have apps that really matter. Memo Reminders is just one simple app that will help you get any job done. Created by drashko, an XDA Senior Member, Memo Reminders is a basic notifications app that reminds a person of a next action or event without having to set a time or date. No need for extra details because the app will just inform you of what you need to do next.
Memo Reminders is simply that-- a digital reminder of all the things you need to accomplish. It's like any note-taking app available on app store but this one promises simplicity, speed, and ease of use. You only need to open the app, enter a text as reminder, and then save. App will automatically create a notification that will show at a certain period.
Remember that sticky note on your desktop computer or laptop? You can have the same thing with Memo Reminders. It will always show up on the screen and you cannot swipe it away without having to make some changes in the settings. Reminders can also be set to show on lockscreen or you can just assign custom actions to a particular memo depending on what you need or want to do.
With Memo Reminders, you can easily send an email or open Maps right from the notification area. Click on a notification and the default email app will open. For those more personal notes and reminders, app can access or delete them from the main screen so others won't have a chance to read them.
App is free to download but features are limited. It's ad-free but you'll be enticed to get the pro version especially if you want to 'add actions to reminders'.
