As the tweet indicates, 4J Studios is working on fixing the technical issue, but the work means that we’ll have a delay between now and release. The game will have to be fixed and resubmited.
As for how big the delay actually is? Don’t expect it to be so huge that we won’t see Minecraft on the PlayStation 4 until 2015. The game will just miss its August window.
Unfortunately, 4J hasn’t been too forward about either the Xbox One or PS Vita versions of its port work. The latest news we have on that was a tweet that came right after the aforementioned Aug. 12 action.
