Rumours related to the Galaxy Note 5 went into full force last month and now we’re getting even more details about the display type and size for the Galaxy Note 5 and even the upcoming Galaxy S6 Plus.
According to SamMobile, they’ve received word from an inside source about the specs for both devices. First off, the Galaxy Note 5 will NOT be coming with a 4K UHD display, but rather an improved 1440p QHD panel. The screen will be 5.7-inches yet again, which has remained the same since the Galaxy Note 3. As for the SoC, the Note 5 will ship with the Exynos 7422 while the S6 Plus will be coming with the Snapdragon 808.
Despite what was previously said, the Note 5 will not be coming with a edge variant, while the S6 Plus will. However, both will feature a glass back.
Both phones are expected to be launched before IFA 2015.
