A screenshot of a US network's sales database has revealed that the Motorola Xoom 2 is imminent, and it may come in a variety of memory and screen sizes.
Excitingly for media-mad tablet fans, the Xoom follow-up looks set to come in a 64GB edition, as well as offering 32GB and 16GB models, all of which look set to tote 4G connectivity too.
Those in the US and other LTE/4G-ready regions will likely welcome the 4G LTE version of the Xoom 2 as well, although there's a possibility that it's exclusive to Verizon, the network whose database has been snapped.
It's not clear if there'll be Wi-Fi only versions of the three differently-sized tablets too, although we expect there will be.
The Motorola Xoom 2 appears to have been given the model number MZ617; Droid-Life claims that this is to be the 10.1-inch Motorola Xoom 2, while the also listed MZ609 is a smaller-screened Xoom 2 Media Edition.
