The GameStop Expo is set to take place in Las Vegas in a couple of days, but not before the GameStop Managers Conference, where some news has already broken. In particular, a couple of new New Nintendo 3DS XL bundles have been unveiled, each containing one of Nintendo's marquee fall releases.
The Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer bundle will feature an Isabelle-designed New Nintendo 3DS XL. It'll also feature two cover plates, an Amiibo card, and a copy of Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer. This bundle is set to release on September 25 for $219.99.
Those that are willing to wait a few extra weeks can also choose from a new Hyrule Edition New Ninteno 3DS XL. This gold-colored handheld with a Hylian Crest on the front will come with The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes. It will retail for $199.99 and release on October 23. This, however, will be a GameStop exclusive.
As for Wii U owners, they'll soon be able to pick up some new Wii Remote Plus controllers based on some of the Mario series of characters. New controllers based on Bowser and Toad are set to arrive on September 11, the same day as Super Mario Maker. A Yoshi Wii Remote Plus is set to release on October 16, alongside Yoshi's Woolly World.
