With 12 high intensity, hard hitting workouts with short burst exercises you control the duration of, the 7-Minute Workout app offers users of all platforms to be guided through routines seamlessly and effectively.
This app is sworn by by most of its users – and there’s over two million of them at this point – so if you haven’t downloaded Diet Assistant for either iOS or Android, you’re pretty much late to the party. Once you get there, however, you’ll find that Diet Assistant is definitely one of the go to apps in terms of apps to help you stay in shape. After plugging in your current weight, target weight, and motivation for the losing of that weight, the app takes over by concocting meals and recipes that fit within your goal.
