If you’re looking to get an affordable Windows Phone that comes with the latest version of Microsoft’s mobile operating system, then the Nokia Lumia 630 should be a great fit for your needs.
The smartphone was unveiled back in April alongside the top of the line Lumia 930, and after more than a month of waiting it’s now up for pre-order in the UK. So if you live over there, you’re in luck, as you can make sure you’ll be among the first to get the new Lumia 630 when it arrives in stock.
The pre-orders are being offered by online retailer Unlocked Mobiles. The Nokia Lumia 630 is priced at £149.98, VAT included and obviously in SIM-free and unlocked form.
The first batch of stock is expected to arrive at the retailer on May 20, which is also when the pre-ordered units will be shipped out. However, it looks like this first batch will be quite limited, containing only a few devices, so do pre-order as soon as possible to make sure you’ll be getting one of them.
The Nokia Lumia 630 has a 4.5-inch 854×480 touchscreen, a 5 MP rear camera (no front-facing snapper), a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 512 MB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage, microSD card support, 21 Mbps HSPA, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a 1,830 mAh battery. It runs Windows Phone 8.1.
