The phone was launched back in April in three colors – matte black, cyan and glossy white. The Nokia Lumia 900 packs a 1.4GHz Scorpion processor and has a 4.3 inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. The phone is built using a unibody polycarbonate shell which makes it able to withstand drops, while the screen comes with Corning Gorilla Glass protection that is said to be so strong that even a hammered-nail is unable to push through.
The handset is loaded with an 8MP rear camera with dual-LED flash and a 1.3MP front camera for video chat. Other connectivity features include Wi-Fi and bluetooth.
In the USA, the Lumia 900 was released on AT&T, while in the UK it came through Phones4U and Carphone Warehouse during mid-May.
Recently Apple's virtual assistant app Siri listed the Nokia Lumia 900 as the top device when asked about the best smartphone ever. The answer was based on the information from Wolfram Alpha engine which uses customer review average.
