Nokia launched the Lumia 900 in China this past Saturday, on June 9th. In March we saw the Nokia’s first WP, the Lumia 900, launched for China. The launch event was held in the Joy City mall, located in the Xidan block of Beijing. WPDang was there covering the whole party, and according to them, the mall was crowded with people. The ground floor was filled with people, with people moving up the steps to see a bit more. The image above should give you an idea of how much people there really were.
Nokia translated their Lumia brand to “非凡”, which roughly means extraordinary. One of the taglines used for marketing is “There’s no ordinary life, just ordinary people.” Great job, Nokia!
