Many of you out there wish that Nokia releases a device with a bigger screen. Currently, the Lumia 920 is Nokia’s largest smartphone, and it carries only a 4.5-inch screen. A screen of that size is considered small when compared to the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3, which sports a 6.3-inch screen. However, if a MNB tipster is correct, Nokia is at least moving into the right direction.
The tipster writes in about a device going under the name of Nokia Max. It is said to sport a 4.7-inch screen (800 x 480), LTE, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM, 2,000mAh battery and a unibody construction. What’s interesting though, is that it is reportedly belonging to the 600 series, i.e. it should be very cheap.
If Nokia really brought a 4.7-inch screen to the 600 series, the 900 series should see something even bigger, hopefully in the 5+ range. We’ll just have to wait and see.
