New image leak has been surfaced online showing the protective screen cover of the upcoming Galaxy Note 8. We’ve already seen similar leak before from the screen cover, but this one seems to be more realistic.
This protective shield cover looks more like the Galaxy S8 Plus’s screen, just a little more stretched. Though, it is actually not that bad. However, recent reports also claim that the cover will be little thicker, because the device needs space for the S-Pen, and of course for the most anticipated dual-camera module.
The size of the Note 8 will probably be 162.4 x 74.5 x 8.4mm, with the thickness jumping up to 9.5mm. The weight is currently unknown.
It was also said that Samsung will import their newest technology of fingerprint scanner, and import it inside the display. But unfortunately, that technology will have to wait for some other device, as the Note 8 will be having the same location of the fingerprint sensor as Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus have.
Recent leaks and rumors also suggest that the device will have 6.3-inch edge-to-edge Infinity Display screen. The aspect ratio will also be 18.5:9. It is still unknown if the device will be powered up by Exynos 8895 or Snapdragon 835 CPU. It is also possible that it will feature 6GB of RAM and at least 3000 mAh battery power.
The cost will not be cheap after all. For all of this power that Note 8 offers, it will cost approximately $1100. It is also expected that the device will come in Black, Blue and Gold variation.
