This time though it looks like we might be seeing the OnePlus Mini as a filing, foundon Chinese social networking site Weibo, mentions a 4.99-inch screen.
The leak includes a trio of photos of the device, which show what appears to be a metal frame and a glass back. Overall it looks more like the iPhone 4 than the OnePlus 2.
You can also see from the images that the phone has a single LED flash, three capacitive buttons below the screen and a switch on the side. That switch is likely the same 3-way notification button found on the OnePlus 2, letting you allow all notifications, block all notifications or only allow priority ones.
According to the filing the phone has a 2,450mAh battery and dimensions of 140 x 69 x 6.9mm, so as a smaller and slimmer phone than the 151.8 x 74.9 x 9.9mm OnePlus 2 it could just about be considered mini.
Mini, X or something else?
Yet we don't know for sure that this is the OnePlus Mini, as according to a source who previously shared experience of the OnePlus Mini with GforGames this phone has nothing in common with the prototype they used.
But nor does it line up with the mystery phone, referred to in some circles as the OnePlus X, that was leaked yesterday. So, has the design of the OnePlus Mini changed or is this a different phone altogether? Our money is still on the Mini, but hopefully OnePlus will spill the beans before the end of the year.
