One of our favorite things about working at Drippler is all the good intel we gather about our phones. We’ve rounded up five of our favorite iPhone tips to share with you.
1. Listen to YouTube While You Browse
It’s not a perfect solution, but it’s a start to the lack of options that are given in the app. To browse while you listen to a song, open YouTube in Safari, select your favorite song and once the music starts, tap the Home button and switch to the Home screen. Swipe your finger from the bottom of the screen to open the Control Centre. Tap the Play button and the paused YouTube song will resume. Go ahead and multi-task.
2. Retrieving the Timestamp that Disappeared
The iMessage looked a bit lonely without the Timestamp. To get it back, open your message and slide your finger to the left. The times will appear on the right hand side… and slide your finger to the right to go back to your message inbox.
3. Shake it Out: The iPhone equivalent of "Ctrl+Z"
If you're in the middle of a message and you've made a mistake that needs to be undone and can't be bothered to delete it on the keyboard, simply shake your phone.
4. Selfie Solution
Selfies are hard enough with tapping your finger on the screen and not dropping your phone. Back your phone up, literally, by tapping on the side volume to take the picture.
5. Capturing Action Shots
This is one of the revolutionary changes Apple has made to their camera. Get acquainted with Burst Mode to take successful action shots in quick succession by holding down on any of the two volume keys to activate burst mode. Action shots are now super easy to capture.
We love discovering helpful shortcuts and with every update release, we are getting better at customizing our phones. These tips help and there are definitely some other good ones out there. <\p>
