LIMBO development team Playdead Studios revealed its second game during the Microsoft Press Conference at E3 2014.
Inside features the same physics based platforming which made its monochromatic predecessor so popular, but the aesthetic couldn’t be any different. Sure it’s still gloomy and depressing, but for starters, it has color.
A young man leaps and bounds his way across a very grey and metallic world populated with strange ark beings out to catch him. Without dialogue or context, its hard to paint a picture of the true story of this game, but isn’t that part of what made LIMBO so much fun?
Inside will release for Xbox One in early 2015. We’ll keep our eyes open for any other platforms it might be coming out for.
