Wordbase the popular strategic word game developed by Aller, Robocat (of Haze and Thermo fame), and the twins Rune and Andreas (featured in the promo video below) has just been updated with a much-requested feature.
The new feature in question is none other than chat. Now, you can chat with your friends aka your opponents while playing Wordbase by accessing the new chat overlay.
Wordbase’s new chat feature comes with the following enhancements:
A smooth new chat overlay is now accessible from the game view, mixing freeform conversation with words played in the game.
Chat messages are shown as badges in both game and list view.
Chat messages are delivered with push notifications
You can globally disable chat or mute individual players
Tap the number of words played (in the Chat UI) to get a compact list of all the words played

The newly updated Wordbase also provides improved support, allowing you to tap the support button in the settings section to view the Wordbase FAQ. Moreover, it includes UI tweaks and various other fixes and optimizations.
