One our of favorite apps of 2015, Spark, is taking a huge step forward with a new update. Developer Readdle has just updated the app to version 1.6, bringing support for all iPad models and a number of other improvements.
Perfect for the iPad
The iPad version of the app looks great on both my iPad Air 2 and iPad Pro. The clean design and email viewer takes advantage of the iPads larger screen with your inbox located on the left side whileeach individual email takes up the rest of the screen.
And along with the iPad version, the new iCloud sync will keep your inbox up to dateonall of your devices.
Apple Watch users will also receive a big boost with the update. The app can now run natively on WatchOS 2. That should make the app run much faster.
Heres a preview of the app from our sister site WatchWare.
Finally, the app has also received language localization for German, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, and Portuguese.
While there are a huge number of email apps available to download on the App Store, Spark is definitely one of the best. With the addition of an iPad version, not to mention its easy-to-learn and well thought out take on email management, you shouldnt pass Spark up. And its definitely hard to beat free. You can read more about how the app works in our original review.
Readdle also noted that it is hard at work creating Spark for the Mac, which is great news.
