Apple’s March 2016 event has just concluded and just about everything from Apple TV to the iPhone will see either an update or a new device added to the existing lineup. To get right to the point, iOS 9.3 will be released today and it features the much awaited Night Shift feature as well as the ability to have password protected notes in the Notes app. Apple TV will also receive an update that brings Siri integration among other things. The major product highlights though are the new 4 inch iPhone SE, the 9.7 inch iPad Pro and the serious price reduction of the Apple Watch that is now available starting $299. The new model has 4 inch screen and also comes in the rose gold color. It does not have a 128GB model but it now the cheapest iPhone you can buy on-contract. It has the same graphics and CPU capabilities as the iPhone 6S.

9.7 Inch iPad Pro
The 9.7inch iPad pro has the same specs as the larger iPad Pro and it supports the Apple Pencil as well as every new feature in iOS 9.3 . The new tablet will feature true tone display which will adjust screen the screen’s tone according to that of the environment. Somewhat similar to Night Shift, this feature adjusts a screen’s temperature according to the environment so that when you leave a brightly lit area and enter a much warmer lit one, the screen isn’t a blinding white but a softer tone that makes it easier to look at and work on for extended periods of time. There is a new 256GB version available for both the 9.7 and 12.9 inch models.

Apple Watch Price Reduction
A non-product related announcement that Apple made as it concluded the event was that future Apple events starting 2017 will be held at its very own campus in Cupertino. The campus includes an amazing theater that the company will be inviting members of the press to for future product announcements. Apple Care Kit was also announced and like the Apple Health Kit, it is aimed at helping manage disease and recovery, as well as aiding in the collection of data for health research.
