Pushh is a new app for iPhone that lets you keep track of your fitness progress through selfies. You can track your progress, share before and after photos, and even create movies.
Pushh is easy to use. Open the app, and give it access to your camera. Take a picture of yourself with either the iSight or FaceTime camera, then align it to a grid. The grid makes sure Pushh is always showing the correct area of your body. In addition to taking new pictures, you can also use existing photos from your Camera Roll. You can add your wight, body fat percentage, and where you are in your workout progress to your pictures.
