Amazon will launch a new Kindle Fire tablet in Q3 this year, according to All Things D, citing sources developing apps for the device.
The new Kindle Fire will have a sharper screen with a different aspect ratio (1280 x 800 pixels versus 1024 x 600), according to the report.
The tablet will also be thinner and lighter than the current model.
Amazon is expected to announce the new tablet in the second half of the year, so keep your eyes peeled over the next few weeks.
