If you need a case for your iPhone 4/4S and like simplistic style, you might want to take a look at Case-Mate’s Barely There Cases. They come in a number of different colors and provide protection for the back and sides of your iPhone. There’s a nice big opening for the camera and it doesn’t restrict dock or headphone port access. It’s everything you need for just $25.
There’s not much to say about the Barely There Cases because they’re everything you need in a case and nothing you don’t. It’s a simple plastic case that’s, well, barely there. The corners of your device will be protected, but I wouldn’t rely on this case to take care of your screen. Again, this is everything you need and nothing more, so as long as you aren’t rough on your stuff to begin with, the Barely There case will take good care of your iPhone.
Really, the only gripe I have with the Barely There case is that it doesn’t extend upward from the screen. If there were an extra millimeter or two of plastic here, I’d feel much more comfortable about screen of my device, at that would keep the screen lifted off of any flat surface. Nevertheless, it’s not a deal breaker.
If you’re generally careful with your gear, you’ll love the Barely There case. It allows you to add a splash of color and a bit of protection to your device without harming your wallet.
