With summer holidays nearing an end, mobile phone carrier AT&T is all spiced up and expected to roll out a wide range of high-end handsets as soon as August. The big list of devices would include the yet-unreleased BlackBerry Torch 2 smartphone from Canadian handset maker Research In Motion (RIM).
Recently leaked details indicate on the smartphone’s arrival over the wireless carrier sometime in August. Besides displaying the BB Torch 4G, the image further details over the wide range of upcoming devices with releases starting this month.
Moreover, we register the smartphone listed and displayed with a “4G” tag, suggesting an arrival with support for the wireless carrier’s HSPA+ network.
It appears that the much popular BlackBerry is trying to gain back its popularity after registering a big drop in US market share due to the rise in demand of Android and iOS devices. The manufacturer has high hopes after the handset hits the shelves.
