Samsung upgraded the Galaxy A devices by launching the Galaxy A 2016 device in December 2015 in China. Now in the second half on 2016, there are rumors about the upcoming Galaxy A 2017 devices. In between, the company might also unveil the Galaxy A8 2016 as the successor to last year’s Galaxy A8. Talking about the Galaxy A 2017 devices, there are many rumors and leaks about the Galaxy A3 (2017), Galaxy A5 (2017), and Galaxy A7 (2017) devices. Today, the Galaxy A3 (2017) with the model number SM-A320F was spotted on Zauba while importing to India.
A total of three devices are imported at the cost of Rs. 10,287 per unit and the final price can be expected anywhere around Rs. 15,000. The device sports 4.7-inch screen size which is same as revealed by GFXbench last week. The 4.7-inch display comes with HD (1280 x 720 pixels) resolution, and we expect it to be Super AMOLED panel. Under the hood, the Galaxy A3 (2017) will be powered by Exynos 7870 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz and coupled with Mali-T830 GPU.
It includes 2GB of RAM and just 8GB of internal which can further expand via MicroSD card slot. On the camera front, there is a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. Both the cameras can record videos at Full HD resolution. The earlier leaks also suggest the Galaxy A5 (2017) and Galaxy A7 (2017) also feature same camera sensors as on Galaxy A3 (2107). The device will be sporting metal body and also includes a fingerprint sensor that makes the device usable for Samsung Pay.
The Galaxy A8 (2016) came with a speaker placement on the right which was earlier seen on recently launched on Galaxy J7 Prime. Now the Galaxy A 2017 devices might also feature speaker on the side edge. The device will be running on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow based TouchWiz UI.
