Announced by Samsung way back in January this year, and already available in many European and Asian countries, the Samsung Galaxy Ace is now also headed to Telus in Canada. In fact, Koodo Mobile (Telus’ mobile brand that offers month to month services) is already selling the Galaxy Ace as of yesterday for $200.
Starting tomorrow, October 7, Telus will offer the Galaxy Ace, too. According to Mobile Syrup, the smartphone will cost $229 off-contract at Telus, and $0 with a new 3-yr agreement.
The Samsung Galaxy Ace runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread (initially, it came with 2.2 Froyo, but Samsung upgraded it), and features a 3.5 inch HVGA Gorilla Glass display, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3.5mm headset jack, 5MP autofocus camera, 800MHz processor, and a 2GB memory card in the box.
