NEW DELHI, India – Samsung’s recently-launched mid-range smartphone, Samsung Galaxy Core 2, has now gone on sale through the official Samsung India eStore carrying a price tag of Rs 11900.
Looking at its specs, the Samsung Galaxy Core 2 packs a 4.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display with 800×480 pixel resolution. The device is powered with a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz and the runs the latest available Android 4.4 KitKat topped with the Samsung’s TouchWiz Essence UI. At its back, lies a 5MP primary camera with auto focus and LED flash while its front hosts a 0.3MP VGA secondary camera.
The memory options of the device include 768MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage with microSD expansion slot. The device has Dual SIM support with 3G HSPA+ connectivity and comes with a battery capacity of 2000mAh. The back of the device has a leather-like cover.
The Samsung Galaxy Core 2 comes in two color options of Black and White.
