NEW DELHI, India – Samsung announced its camera-centric smartphone the Galaxy K Zoom back in April this year, and now the company has brought the handset to Indian markets where the device was available for pre-order on the Amazon India website for a price of Rs 29,999.
The Samsung Galaxy K Zoom is the successor to last year’s Galaxy S4 Zoom and packs a powerful 20.7MP camera with BSI CMOS sensors and 10x optical zoom. Other camera-centric features include Xenon flash, Optical Image Stabilizer (OIS), Pro Suggest mode, AF/AE Separation (Auto Focus/ Auto Exposure Separation), Full HD video recording and playback and a Selfie Alarm.
Hardware-wise, the device includes a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED screen with 720p resolution, Exynos hexa-core processor, 2GB of RAM, Android 4.4.2 KitKat, 8GB of internal storage with microSD card slot, Ultra Power Saving mode and much more. It offers a battery capacity of 2430mAh.
