It’s been more than a year since Samsung’s biggest smartphone, the Galaxy Mega was released and IFA 2014 seems like a good time to announce it.
According to GSMArena, they have received specs for the Galaxy Mega 2 and it’s still going to be classified as a mid-range device, despite its massive size. The specs include a 6-inch 720p display, 1.5 GHz processor (unknown core count), an odd 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB storage with SD Card expansion, an 8MP rear and 2.1MP front camera, a 2,800mAh battery, FM Radio and Android 4.4 KitKat.
Other source have reported specs different from the ones here so be sure to take this with a grain of salt.
The phone is expected to be announced alongside the Note 4 and the Gear Solo smartwatch.
