A leaked flyer indicates Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Nexus could include a dual-core 1.2GHz CPU and a 720p display, but makes no mention of LTE
Just ahead of today's Ice Cream Sandwich launch, more images and specs of the purported Samsung Galaxy Nexus have been posted online.
According to the leaked NTT DoCoMo flyer, the details are nearly identical from previous suspected leaks. If they are indeed the real deal, the Nexus should include a dual-core 1.2GHz CPU, a 720p Super AMOLED HD display, a 5-megapixel camera with 1080p video recording, and 1GB RAM.
Interestingly the flyer makes no mention of LTE at all. The Galaxy Nexus is actually listed as having 14.4Mbps HSDPA for connectivity. The rest of the connectivity package is pretty standard though.
That said, it's possible for the handset to launch with a slightly different spec sheet for the U.S. It's also possible there are two different handsets - the Nexus Prime and the Galaxy Nexus.
We'll be sure to bring you more information and explanations after the official Ice Cream Sandwich announcement this evening. Stay tuned friends.
